In 3CLOUDS, we provide professional email service with Enterprise grade email management software SmarterMail.
Please follow the instructions below to setup your email:
Step-1: Buy professional email package and go to your service area from account. Account > Services > My Services
Step-2: Now click on the DNS records to setup your DNS.
Step-3: DNS Records will show you all the necessary records; you need to update these record to your domain’s DNS management. If you are using cPanel, you can update it to your cPanel > Zone Manager. Once DNS update, please wait for 4 hours atleast to propagate it globally. Some domain may take upto 24 hours to propagate.
Step-4: Now check your registered email to find administrator email login and password. Login to your administrator email account.
Step-5: To create your email accounts go to More > Domain Settings from the top menu bar.
Step-5: Now click on white new button to create email.
Step-6: Enter your email username (only username without domain name. If you want to create [email protected], just type support in the username) and password. You need this to login to your email account. Next page show you a detailed settings page for the email. You can chnage the time zone for your email and clcik save.
Migration to Professional Email
Step-7: If you already have an extsting email account to other provider, you can easily migrate it to here. Click Settings from the top and Connectivity from the left-side bar. It will show option Migrate. Click it.
Step-8: Choose your email client from the popup window. If it is not listed, click on other.
Step-9: Now select IMAP and enter your old email login details and start the migration. If the given details are correct, the migration will start automatically.
Please wait for the migration complete. Once it is done. You can see all your imported email to your inbox.
